TO THE POINT
At the dawn of the 21st century, it is clear that the present and future of nature and society are in peril. Yet, there is legitimate hope.
While research and education have brought human history closer to us, the present global society has become increasingly complex. In such a world, what should our future look like?
Currently, enormous hurdles block the narrow window of time we have to unite against climate change - and that window is closing. These barriers exist between:
The Poor and the Wealthy
Capitalism and Communism
Democracies, Anocracies, and Autocracies
Divergent Religious Beliefs
Genders
To prevent the collapse of ecosystems and the chaos of climate change, we must stand together. Everyone counts. A process of transformation - driven by an expansion of consciousness, the redistribution of wealth, and the peaceful dismantling of financial and social walls - must begin immediately.
The Role of the United Nations:
This process requires a strong UN at the heart of global society, equipped with a mandate for redistribution. To ensure a dignified life for the poorest, all tax havens must be abolished to create transparency. This will allow the UN to collect "Basic Needs Taxes" amounting to trillions in currency units./p>
I sincerely call upon the billions of honorable and conscientious believers worldwide to work toward these goals. If there is a God, He allows us the agency to create a paradise on earth, helping the poorest while preserving nature. Despite the crisis, our future is bright because we have found the philosophy of nature that connects us all: the understanding that everything is interconnected.
An Evolutionary Awakening:
This mental orientation toward nature expands our consciousness and secures the foundation of our existence for future generations. It reveals that every plant, every fungus, every animal, and every person is a unique, inspiring miracle - an evolutionary miracle of nature. This is the voice of a more highly developed Zeitgeist.
THE APPEAL
To secure our future, the UN must become the financial heart of a more developed humanity, collecting taxes to provide global basic services. The advantages are immense: planetary distributive justice ensures unity, peace, and the reduction of suffering. This is our path out of the endless pursuit of capitalist growth that destroys our livelihood.
Under an urgent international mandate, the following must be collected and distributed by the UN:
Value-Added Taxes
Transaction Taxes
Wealth Taxes (on the ultra-rich)
What is more important: innovation driven by artificially created needs, or a healthy ecosystem?
The window for effective reform is still open, but time is running out.
